# SFTP Server

## Preliminary Remarks

In addition to storage in the download area of the Merchant Backend, it is now possible to automatically send IVW and delivery lists to previously configured SFTP destinations.

The access data is configured via the settings.

It is possible to store several servers for different data and purposes here.

## Create SFTP server

The overview shows the SFTP servers already stored.

- Click on **+ Create SFTP Server**.
- Enter the relevant access data in the **form** .
- A new server is **active** by default. The status can be changed during creation using the slider.

## Link Data

To use an SFTP server as an export destination for objects such as delivery lists or IVW rules, it is necessary to create [export configurations](/frisbii-media/docs/exportkonfigurationen) . Created SFTP servers can be linked to an export configuration. The export configuration controls the export of data from the Frisbii Media System to various recipients.
