In addition to the functions included in the contract, we offer additional modules for a fee.
Address Validation
The address validation checks the correctness of addresses entered in all Frisbii Media address forms: in the checkout, in the Self Service and in the Merchant Backend.

joke addresses. Address validation recognizes typing errors or incomplete addresses and improves them. Validation also draws attention to completely unknown addresses. However, as it is always possible that an address unknown to the system still exists, it can still be stored.
IMPORTANT: In the area of address validation, Frisbii Media cooperates with Byteplant GmbH, which does not provide free test data (STAGE) for address validation. What this means for you and us: we would like to offer you the opportunity to test the address validation on STAGE as usual, which is why Frisbii Media incurs costs for each validation. Our request would be that address validation (on STAGE) is only activated for testing purposes so that unnecessary validations and the associated costs are avoided. This means that after testing the address validation, it must be deactivated again at Settings -> Modules -> Address validation.
Identity and Age Verification
The identity and age verification module is used to check the authenticity of an identification document (ID card, passport or driving license) and to carry out an age verification so that, for example, offers can be offered at a discount due to age , which is why the check also serves as the basis for the age-related rules. This module can be processed either via Frisbii Media or via Stripe Identity. In order to use Stripe Identity, in addition to the activation of the module it is necessary to purchase a separate contract with Stripe via their Identity Service. Note: Stripe Identity can also be used if Stripe is not used as a PSP. A Stripe account must be created for this. As soon as this has been created, let Frisbii Media know. We have Stripe Identity activated directly by our contact at Stripe.
IVW Reporting
With our IVW Reporting module, IVW exports can be generated at the desired interval. Setting up the export requires prior coordination with the responsible IVW auditor.
Doo Connection
Doo is a provider of a digital solution for professional participant management.
The Doo connection makes it possible, for example, to implement webinars as subscriptions or bundles consisting of publications and events in Frisbii Media.
WBZ subscriptions
The module enables:
the creation and management of WBZ merchant accounts,
access to the subscriptions managed by WBZ dealers,
the management of WBZ commission data (for further processing in third-party systems, e.g. opensubsBI)

Sprylab connection
Sprylab is a company that specializes in the development and provision of innovative publishing and content marketing solutions. Its main product is "Purple DS", a software platform that enables publishers, agencies and companies to design digital content such as magazines, newspapers and marketing materials in an interactive and appealing way and publish them on various digital channels.
PressMatrix connection
PressMatrix supports content creators and media producers in the development of digital concepts and their implementation across the entire content marketing lifecycle.
By activating this API, users who have an active Frisbii Media access right stored in PressMatrix can access the paywall-protected content in the App.

opensubs Reports
The opensubs reports provide comprehensive data, analyses and consistent KPIs for strategic decisions - from paid content to print - embedded in the familiar Frisbii Media user interface. The following systems are supported for integration: Frisbii Media, Google Analytics, Matomo, eTracker, upscore, Shopware, doo, Bevor, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Cleverpush, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Azure Data Lake, sftp, MS Power BI. With the this module you can manage and bill your corporate subscriptions with maximum efficiency:
Tailored offers - sell as bundles or as individual products within a subscription.
Tailored Billing - per user group or per individual user at the end of the billing period.
Unlimited user numbers - set fixed limits or allow an unlimited number of users, depending on your business model.
Add users more easily - with domain activation or CSV import you can add large numbers of users quickly and conveniently.
Subscriptions can be defined on a time basis (unlimited, flexible periods or fixed periods) and assigned to any number of users. Billing takes place automatically according to the logic you have chosen.
Note
The module itself is free of charge, but the management and billing of the associated multiuser subscriptions are subject to fees.
Payment Receipt

With the payment receipt module you can send payment receipts to customers (B2C) instead of complete invoices. This module is designed specifically for B2C businesses that need simplified customer billing documentation without detailed tax breakdowns.
Customer Labels
Customer Labels allow you to tag and organize customers with customizable labels. These labels help you quickly identify customer status, categories, or any special characteristics related to your support cases and customer management.
Labels come in two types:
System Labels (not yet available): System labels are visible also without the activation of the module. Predefined labels that cannot be edited or deleted. They always appear at the top of the label list and can be manually added or removed from customers with the appropriate user rights.
Custom Labels: Labels created and managed by you. You can define the title, color, and category for each custom label. Custom labels can be edited or deleted as long as they are not assigned to any customer.

Streilinger
This bidirectional interface enables automated business processes through Streilinger's customer service systems. The integration supports IVR, email processing, and agent-guided interactions via teleprompter scripts. The module includes standard business processes such as order acceptance, cancellations, replacement shipments, credits and reversals, invoice corrections, address changes, payment method updates, subscription pauses, and multi-user account management. Custom configurations enable cross-selling, upselling, and win-back campaigns for both inbound and outbound operations.
With additional partner module connections (e.g., newspaper delivery logistics), the system can also handle delivery zone outage notifications and automated customer compensation for delivery issues.
