# What are cross-client-connections?

Cross-client-connections enable you to market offers in cooperation with one of your sub-companies or another company in order to gain new customers. The contract module must be activated in the contracting company for a fee. The connection is created in the client.

Two different connections can be implemented in the Frisbii Media System:

**Procedure**

- Determine who should sell the offers.
- Create a connection in the Merchant Backend. When connecting two different contract companies, callback settings must be set up so that the two clients can exchange customer data.
- Create offers. The client through whom the offers are sold creates a "normal" offer. The client who makes his offer available creates a "cross-client offer".
- Create a shopping cart in the selling client.
- Use the Payout List outside Frisbii Media to calculate revenue.
