Preliminary Remarks
Products that are managed entirely or partially in third-party systems can be created in the Frisbii Media System and can be used with restrictions. Frisbii Media only takes over individual administrative or billing functions for corresponding offers.
Externally-managed offers
Externally-managed offers can be used to import purchases of products that originated outside Frisbii Media into the system. The resulting orders and subscriptions can then be used, for example, to apply sales rules across systems.
Externally-managed offers have the following special features:
Offers cannot be sold via the Frisbii Media Checkout
Orders must be imported
Subscriptions created cannot be managed via the Frisbii Media backend
Changes to subscriptions must be imported in each case
Externally-managed offers are not invoiced via Frisbii Media
Customers cannot manage these offers in Self Service
Externally-invoiced offers
Externally-invoiced offers can be used to invoice sales outside Frisbii Media's systems. All other functions of the Frisbii Media systems can also be applied to these offers.
In such a case, the system will, among other things:
the Frisbii Media Checkout is used for the purchase
Order and subscription created
Cancellation options made available in the Merchant Backend and Self Service
Sales rules applied where applicable
Delivery lists used if necessary
There is therefore a fully-fledged management within the Frisbii Media systems.
Frisbii Media does not:
create invoices
send invoices
create accounting data
