# Which export files are created in the Merchant Backend?

Various files are generated and made available for download in the Merchant Backend under the Downloads menu item.

**publishinglist**

This file is the digital delivery list that is created for ePaper, for example. In order for the file to be created, the corresponding [digital delivery list](/frisbii-media/docs/lieferliste-erstellen) must be [created](/frisbii-media/docs/lieferliste-erstellen) and added to the offer(s).

**deliverylist**

This file is the analog delivery list that is created for print magazines, for example. In order for the file to be created, the corresponding [analog delivery list](/frisbii-media/docs/lieferliste-erstellen) must be [created](/frisbii-media/docs/lieferliste-erstellen) and added to the offer(s).

**redeliverylist**

This file is the analog subsequent delivery list that is generated in the case of analog subsequent deliveries.

**subsequentDeliverylist**

This file is generated when customers purchase a subscription that starts in the past.

**delivery_notes**

This ZIP file is generated

- for the purchase of a single product with issue-based reference (analog tax type)
- for goodwill deliveries (subsequent delivery of issues free of charge)

**analog_ivw**

This file is the export based on the [IVW rules](/frisbii-media/docs/ivw-regeln) set in the Merchant Backend. In order to use IVW, the corresponding module must be activated for a fee in the contracting company and the IVW rules must be created in the client. This is the "short list".
