The Merchant Backend is basically divided into 3 areas.
The navigation bar
The global search bar and the support button
The information area
1. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the interface, the Merchant Backend user can Manage their profile, it is possible to switch between clients if several are available and all menu items can be called up from here.
2. Using the global search bar , IDs such as offer IDs and transaction IDs as well as customer numbers can be searched across all menu items to find what you need more quickly.
Click on Support to open a dialog box:
Frisbii Media customer support access can be activated. By enabling it, the support team gains access to the data and can use it to provide the necessary support.
A support ticket can be created directly from the Merchant Backend.

3. The information area is the core of the Frisbii Media Merchant Backend. All data can be created, managed and viewed here in the corresponding menu item.
