If a SEPA direct debit mandate is stored as the payment method, you will find the corresponding mandate reference in the tab Payment Methods tab of the respective customer account.
If several SEPA direct debit mandates are stored in the customer account, each SEPA direct debit mandate receives its own mandate reference.
