# Which purpose is shown for withdrawals in my customer's account statements?

The structure of the purpose provided on your customers' account statement has a fixed structure in Frisbii Transform. This structure is the same for CreditCard and PayPal. The purpose for Direct Debit can be configured. The instructions can be found in this article.

## Structure of the purpose line

Payments for signup orders:

- Name of the Plan booked + ID of the payment transaction

Payments in existing contracts:

- Contract Reference Code + Name of the Plan booked + ID of the payment transaction

> **Note:**
> 
> - If the maximum length for the purpose is exceeded, the algorithm cuts off parts of the name of the Plan.
> - This purpose line is used for all means of payment except the automated payment on account. For this method, the id of the payment transaction is replaced by the Invoice Reference Code.
