🚀Here’s what’s new and improved in Frisbii Billing and Pay in March and April. These changes were released based on updates completed between March 23rd – April 10th, and packaged for publication on Monday, 13th.

🔧 Enhancements

✅ Correct plan version applied to scheduled subscription changes

Product: Billing & Pay – Starter, Growth, Scale
Platform: In-App & API

What’s changed
When you update a plan and schedule changes for existing subscriptions, those changes are now locked to the exact plan version selected at the time.

You’ll also now see the correct upcoming plan version in the admin “View Changes” view.

For teams using the API, the specific plan version is now included in subscription change data.

Why it matters
Previously, if a plan was updated again before a scheduled change took effect, subscriptions could move to a newer version than intended. This could also make it unclear in the UI which version would actually be applied.

With this update:

  • Scheduled changes stay fixed to the version you originally selected

  • You can clearly see what will happen to each subscription

  • API data now reflects the exact version being applied

  • The system behaves consistently, even if plans are updated multiple times

This gives you more control over plan changes and helps ensure subscriptions update exactly as expected.

🐛Bug Fixes

✅ OneDrive export now working as expected

Product: Billing & Pay – Growth, Scale
Platform: Bookkeeping

What’s changed
Fixed an issue that prevented files from being exported to OneDrive from the Bookkeeping app.

Why it matters
Your exports will now successfully upload to your selected OneDrive folder, so you can reliably store and access your bookkeeping data without manual workarounds.

✅ Google Drive export now working as expected

What’s changed
Fixed an issue where Google Drive exports could not be properly connected and authenticated in the Bookkeeping app.

Why it matters
You can now connect your Google Drive account and export files as expected, instead of exports failing or not appearing at all.
