In order to check out the existing standard templates or to add custom ones, open Configuration > Customer communication > Email templates.

List of available email templates
You can use the following standard templates and create your custom templates for these use cases:

Receipts | Invoice receipt Sent when an invoice is successfully settled using a credit card transaction. |
Invoice manual receipt Sent when an invoice is successfully settled using a manual transaction. | |
Invoice zero amount receipt Sent when an invoice of zero summed amount is settled without transactions. Plan with zero amount or credits higher than plan and additional cost amount can result in this scenario. | |
Pending | Invoice offline payment method receipt Sent when an invoice has been generated and is ready for offline payment. |
Refunds | Invoice card refund receipt Sent when a refund is made for a settled invoice that was settled using a credit card transaction. |
Invoice manual refund receipt Sent when a refund is made for a settled invoice that was settled using a manual transaction. | |
Dunning | Invoice dunning notification Sent according to the dunning management scheme. |
Invoice dunning notification no payment method Sent when the dunning invoice has no payment method added. | |
Cancellation | Invoice Canceled Sent when an invoice has been canceled. |

Subscription templates | |
Signup | Signup receipt Sent when a customer has signed up to a subscription and the sign up method is not to send an email with a request to choose payment method for the subscription. |
Signup receipt request payment method Sent when a customer has signed up to a subscription and the sign up method is to send an email with a request to choose payment method for the subscription. | |
Change | Subscription change Sent when subscription pricing or billing periods is changed on a subscription (the plan or the start of the next billing period is changed for the subscription). |
Pause | Subscription on hold Sent when a subscription is paused. |
Subscription on hold dunning Sent when a subscription is paused due to a failed dunning management process. This mail will often have different content than the normal pause mail. | |
Subscription reactivated Sent when a paused subscription has been reactivated. | |
Cancel | Subscription canceled Sent when a subscription is canceled. Includes when the subscription will expire. |
Subscription uncanceled Sent when a canceled subscription is uncanceled. | |
Expire | Subscription expired Sent when a subscription is expired either because of prior cancellation or because a fixed number of billing cycles has been reached. |

Sign in | One-time password Sent when the user is trying to signin to the Customer Portal. This email contains the one-time login password. |
Manage Templates
Enable and Disable Templates
For disabling/enabling all templates, use the button on the top-right.
For disabling/enabling individual templates:
Open the template category to elapse the template(s) to be enabled/disabled.
Use the toggle to enable/disable.

Note
The Account templates and Webhook templates cannot be disabled, since they send out system relevant notifications.
Settings
The email settings that are set in the Email settings menu item for all templates can be overwritten here for each individual template.
Caution
When changing the sender address and not whitelist the email address, it can happen that emails end up in the spam folder or do not even reach the customer.
Click on the gear symbol.
Decide if the emails should also be sent to the billing email address and/or the dunning email address of the customer.
These email addresses can be stored in the customer account. See Create a customerClick on the pen symbol to edit the fields.
Confirm the changes.

Preview Email Templates
Each template can be previewed by clicking on the eye symbol.
