Access to Frisbii objects requires a named licence for each user who already has a Salesforce licence. The Frisbii Plus licence allows the Frisbii objects to be exposed to Community users.

The permissions, defined for each user by your System Administrator via profiles and permission sets in particular, depend on the nature of the underlying Salesforce license (refer to the article User licensing). If you have any question, please check with your Salesforce.com account executive, your integrator partner and/or your Frisbii account manager.

Permissions, which are defined for each user by your System Administrator via profiles and permission sets, depend on the nature of the underlying Salesforce license. If in doubt, please check with your Salesforce.com sales representative, your integration partner, and/or our sales department or Customer Success team.

*These features and automations are based on schedulable Apex classes and invocable methods. Their implementation therefore requires advanced Salesforce administration skills. We recommend that you entrust them to a Salesforce integrator if you do not have these skills, or contact our Customer Success team to find out how to activate them and learn about our support offering.

**Periodic allocation allows you to manage deferred revenue (PCA).

Deferred revenue is revenue recognized before the corresponding services have been performed. When a service is billed but not performed at the end of the period (or a good is billed but not delivered), Accrued Revenue (AR) should be recorded. The revenue is thus neutralized and the margin realized is deferred to the following fiscal year.

If you need to spread your invoices and invoice lines over several fiscal years, this feature allows you to do so using a periodic distribution line report.

***Since January 1, 2020, all companies working for the government or the public sector are required to send electronic invoices. All invoices must be accessible on the Chorus Pro portal, whether they were entered there or submitted when created on a third-party platform.

Chorus Pro is a centralized electronic invoicing platform for public procurement suppliers. Chorus Pro is intended for all suppliers and subcontractors (private and public) involved in public procurement. The portal allows them to submit and/or enter invoices, send them, track their processing, and view commitments issued by public services.

Your invoices for public companies, issued through Frisbii, must be submitted on Chorus Pro. This feature license allows you to do this automatically for accounts and/or invoices that you have identified as eligible.

Scope

The Chorus submission can be configured from one or more company names. You must provide us with the login details of the various technical users of Chorus Pro so that the connection can be set up.

Documents (e.g., purchase orders, contracts) included in the Notes and Attachments section of the invoice to be sent are automatically included in the deposit.

Currently, only the deposit status is retrieved: this tells you whether the invoice has been deposited correctly. The payment status of the invoice is not retrieved, so you must log in to the portal to find this out.

How it works

Invoices eligible for submission (according to your criteria) are retrieved after issuance in a specific object (Submission) with the status “Ready to send to Chorus.” Twice a day, the Chorus connector retrieves all invoices with this status and sends them to the portal. The status of the invoice changes depending on the quality of the deposit:

technical error / data to be corrected / deposit made.

PLEASE NOTE

We regularly update our data sheet. It contains a description of our current features, as well as recommendations on how to set them up and use them.

Please note that certain changes may be made to our application in order to comply with the security or performance requirements of the underlying platform.

These changes may have an impact on your existing customizations and compliance with our licensing policy (user and/or functionality).

Our Customer Success team is here to help, so please don't hesitate to contact us: customer-success@frisbii.com
