Frisbii is a native billing solution for the Salesforce ecosystem, designed and developed exclusively from Salesforce technologies, fully integrated with the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
To use Frisbii, you must therefore have a Salesforce licence in addition to the Frisbii licence:
Sales Cloud (click here to discover the licensing)
Service Cloud (click here to discover the licensing)
Salesforce Lightning Platform or Community: using Frisbii with these licenses is also possible but some restrictions have to be considered due to the underlying license.
other Salesforce licenses (Field Service, CPQ...): using Frisbii with these licences is also possible and requires adjusting the processes to the data models.
Then, depending on your role in the company, you need the appropriate Frisbii license:
- Read-only : access to all Frisbii objects and fields, read-only (display of all Frisbii records and fields, without the option of modifying them).
- Sales : management of the sales cycle (Quotations) and triggering of simple or recurrent invoicing from Quotations and/or Opportunities.
- Finance : management of the billing cycle, recovery, dunning, subscription management, accounting exports (with subscription to the relevant functionality licences).
- Admin : Finance licence, with access to the Frisbii administration panel.
- Frisbii Plus (R) : read only on all Frisbii objects, for Experience cloud users.
- Frisbii Plus (RW) : read only on all Frisbii objects, write on Quotations and Invoices, for Experience cloud users.
- User API : licence reserved for a technical user, with the same CRUD Frisbii as the Finance licence (process automation, batch processing, integration with third-party systems).
Reminder of the licensing rules:
Any user, physical or technical, who needs to access (read, modify, delete or update) any Frisbii field or native object (even if it is on a Salesforce object), must have an appropriate licence. The choice of licence is determined by the CRUD rights, object by object.
The same applies to all data from a native Frisbii field or object ported to a non-Frisbii field and/or object. The choice of licence is also determined by the CRUD rights, object by object.
