In the event of an error during file generation, Linda found that it was possible to receive an e-mail to be notified of generation errors.

/!\ Warning:

File generation errors are linked to missing prerequisites, such as the ICS on the Corporate Name, an inactive PSP payment method, or missing bank details…

and does not include errors related to chargebacks.

As there is no API communication with the bank, it is not possible for Frisbii to know the errors in the event of chargebacks.

Here's how to configure an e-mail to be sent in the event of a SEPA file generation error.

Sending generation errors by e-mail

  1. From Salesforce Configuration

  2. Search for "Custom settings"

  3. Click on Manage "SEPA Settings"

  1. Click on "New" to activate mail sending from the org:


    Then save.

  2. Then enter the e-mail addresses that will receive the SEPA file,
    To do this, from "Custom metadata types":

    Click on "SEPA Email Recipient".

  3. Start by entering the default email address: click on Modify in "Default":

  4. Enter the e-mail address of the main recipient

  5. Repeat the operation by clicking on "New", if several users are to receive the SEPA file by e-mail.

  6. Then go back to "Custom settings" and click on "SEPA Settings".

  7. Check the box for "Notify in case of error":

    Configuration is now complete.
