This definition is the Salesforce definition of this object. Here is more information on configuring opportunities outside of the Frisbii context: Opportunities.

Objet Description
Opportunity Opportunities are deals in progress. Opportunity records track details about deals, including which accounts they’re for, who the players are, and the amount of potential sales. If your Salesforce admin has set up leads in your Salesforce org, an opportunity is created when a lead is converted. Opportunities can also be created directly for accounts you’re working.

Amount incl. VAT

Currency (16, 2)

  • Amount including all taxes.

  • 2 decimal places.

Invoiced (Projected)

Currency (16, 2)

  • The estimated value of the opportunity's billing

  • Sum of the draft invoice amounts related to the opportunity

Invoiced (Issued)

Currency (16, 2)

  • The estimated value of the opportunity's billing

  • Sum of the amounts of the invoices issued related to the opportunity

Fields to be added on the page layout if needed

Start Date Date
  • For a subscription: billing start date, taken over on the subscription record at the creation of the subscription from the opportunity.
Invoicing Period Start Date Date
  • For a subscription: Start date of the billing period, taken over on the subscription record when the subscription is created from the opportunity.
Payment Term Picklist
  • The time period agreed with the customer to pay the invoice.
  • Refers to a set of global values.
    • X days net: X days from the start date
    • X days end of month: X days from the last day of the month
Language Picklist
  • Taken over to the other objects, if the creation is made from the opportunity
Payment Method Picklist
  • The means agreed with the customer to pay the invoice.
  • To be customized from the global value set.
Invoiced Amount Formula (Currency)
  • Sum: Invoiced (Issued) + Invoiced (Projected)
Number of Quotations Number (3, 0)
  • Number of quotations related to the opportunity
Number of Synced Quotations Number (3, 0)
  • Number of offers related to the opportunity, on which the Synchronized quotation? box is checked
Number for Division Number (4,6)
  • When creating the subscription from the opportunity, you can fill in this field to define a division of the amount or quantity by this predefined number.
  • If the field is filled in on the opportunity, it will be used to calculate the amount of the subscription occurrences even if it is not filled in when the subscription is created.
Frequency Picklist
  • Periodicity of the subscription, taken over on the subscription record at the creation of the subscription from the opportunity.
Remaining Amount to Invoice Formula (Currency)
  • If the amount after discount is greater than the amount invoiced, the calculation is: Amount after discount - Amount invoiced.
  • Otherwise the amount that remains to be invoiced is 0€.
Balance Currency (16,2)
  • Displays the balance of the opportunity
Type of Division Picklist
  • By Amount or by Quantity
  • Used for the creation of the subscription from the opportunity.
Your Ref Text (255)
  • Your reference : the reference you want to give to the customer (ex : purchase order number).
