What is a Frisbii Release Note?
A release note covers all the new features present in a new version of Frisbii: functionalities, bug fixes, improvements to the user experience and updates to our knowledge base.
This release note is intended for all users of the Frisbii application and, more specifically, for administrators of the Salesforce org on which it is installed.
We update our release notes as soon as possible, after each new version of the Frisbii application. Our Releases Notes provide brief descriptions of enhancements and new features.
How is the update performed?
The new version is available on request, subject to availability. If you are interested in this new version, please open a request on our support community (see Creating a request) requesting the update.

Flagship feature
Here's the major new feature you'll find in Spring'25:
The bank imprint is now available in Frisbii!
For whom
This feature is intended for all Finance or Frisbii Administrator users, whose services require a pre-authorization of payment at the time of subscription, for deferred payment.
The bank imprint is particularly present for companies offering self-service services such as :
E-learning
Vehicle rental
Hotel reservations
Travel agencies
Service stations
...and any other service requiring a bank imprint before billing.
Why
As a Salesforce user, the bank imprint allows you to secure a transaction before actual billing. Thanks to the bank pre-authorization system, you can :
Check the validity of the bank card or IBAN (reduces the number of errors due to invalid cards...)
Check availability of funds (reduces risk of transaction failure)
Securing future transactions
Reduce the risk of payment failure at the time of invoicing
With Frisbii, the user experience is seamless, the means of payment is verified, and there's less risk of failure to pay the invoice, as well as greater security.
How to
From an invoice, generate a link to request your customer's bank imprint
Frisbii Pay captures a maximum amount authorized to be debited at a later date
Until the invoice is issued, the amount can be adjusted according to the services actually provided, up to the amount captured. Example: an imprint of €120 has been captured, but this invoice is modified to keep only one Invoice Line at €90. The amount debited will be €90.
Collection can be triggered:
Automatically via a scheduled batch
Manually from the Invoice
Once the transaction has been cashed, Settlement is automatically unchecked as pending, and the invoice is balanced.
Switch to bank imprinting fora secure transaction!
Application fixes
| Frisbii Pay recurring: deleting an inactive PSPIf the PSP payment method is inactive on the Account, due to an expired credit card, etc., it is now possible to delete this record, so that your customer's obsolete banking information is no longer retained. |
Automatic PDF creation batchYou've set up automated PDF creation and a sample PDF Invoice isn't being created automatically? The batch has been corrected to remedy this problem. Please contact us to upgrade or request a corrective version. |
