What is a Frisbii Release Note?

A release note covers all the new features present in a new version of Frisbii: functionalities, bug fixes, improvements to the user experience and updates to our knowledge base.

This release note is intended for all users of the Frisbii application and, more specifically, for administrators of the Salesforce org on which it is installed.

We update our release notes as soon as possible, after each new version of the Frisbii application. Our Releases Notes provide brief descriptions of enhancements and new features.

How is the update performed?

The new version is available on request, subject to availability. If you are interested in this new version, please open a request on our support community (see Creating a request) requesting the update.

Flagship feature

Here's the major new feature you'll find in Winter'25:

Billing in Europe with Frisbii

For whom
For all Finance or Frisbii Administrator users, whose issuing entity is located outside France.
This feature is aimed at all growing companies opening new entities in Europe (Spain, Germany...)

Why?

As a Salesforce user, you want to invoice with Frisbii from an entity based in Europe, while complying with local requirements:

  • Compliance with mandatory information on invoices

  • Application of VAT rates in force in each country

With Frisbii, you don't have to worry about European invoicing rules or applicable VAT rates.

Reduce the risk of errors and gain peace of mind!

How to

Invoicing rules are regulated at European level.
That's why Frisbii integrates automated checks when the invoice is issued, and alerts you to any missing mandatory fields.

Similarly, for each European country, the VAT rates applicable and in force on 01/01/2025 have been added. As standard, Frisbii allows you to invoice at the VAT rate of the country issuing the invoice, without any customization on your part.

Invoicing with Frisbii from an entity in Europe has never been so easy, and there's no need for you to adapt.

All that's left to do is follow your usual billing process to issue the invoice in Frisbii.

Application fixes

New Emails component

A new, more powerful e-mail component has been added to Invoice. This Aura component allows you to add attachments to your invoice PDFs, and takes your HTML e-mail templates into account.

Consumption-based billing

Since Fall '22 and pay-per-use billing with Frisbii, it is now possible to enter monthly activities/consumptions regardless of your subscription period. Example: if a service is billed annually, the hours consumed monthly can be entered every month.

E-commerce payment with Frisbii Pay: a controlled database

Since Fall '24, Frisbii has been offering an automated integration solution between an e-commerce platform and Frisbii. From now on, every online order paid via our Frisbii Pay connector is automatically associated with the right Account, if it already exists in your Salesforce database.
Zero duplication no unnecessary new accounts are created.
Always up-to-date customer base: your customer portfolio remains clean and enriched.

Recurring Frisbii Pay: compatible with payment schedule

The payment schedule associated with an invoice can be debited by SEPA or credit card, with recurring Frisbii Pay. Instalments will be debited on the date corresponding to its milestone.

Maintenance of Frisbii PDF templates

From Winter '25 onwards, only PDF Invoice Templates 1 and 5 from Frisbii are maintained from a regulatory point of view.

Do you use your own Invoice templates? No impact for you.
