Grant access to your org for the support team

After contacting Frisbii support, Linda finds herself once again at a loss and has no idea how to do what she is being asked to do.

Give access to the connection? Give her org ID? But how does she do all that?

Please note : only administrators can grant Frisbii Support access to a sandbox.

The only way for Frisbii Support to test as a User will therefore be to create a user for them and email them the login and password.

Grant access to your org in Lightning Experience

Steps

1) Click on your icon at the top right of the screen and then on Settings.

2) In the navigation on the left of your screen, within the section My Personal Information, click on Grant Account Login Access.

3) Grant access for Frisbii Support by selecting an Access Duration of min. 1 week.


The Frisbii Support Team has now access to your organisation for the time that you selected.

How to find your org ID in Lighting Experience

If your company uses several orgs / sandboxes, it is easier for us to find your org in our Service Cloud subscribers module, if you give us the org ID at the same time as the confirmation that you granted access.

Please follow these steps, in order to find your org ID.

Steps

1. Go to Setup > Company Settings > Company Information.
2. Then copy <> paste your Salesforce.com Organization ID.
