Greta Mustermann is slowly discovering her Frisbii Community space. She has a good understanding of how to create and track her Cases to the support team and how to access the knowledge base.
Now she wants to know what information about her company and her as a user is shared with the Frisbii teams.
Access your account/profile
From the navigation bar at the top of your screen, you can access your account and profile at any time:

The user profile
From your profile page you can:
- Click on the button Edit in order to add further information,
- or click on the little camera icon right under your profile picture in order to add or update your photo.

Greta updates her professional phone number and her company's headquarters address.
Your company's account
While discovering the account page, Greta discovers that the page contains multiple information:
Her contact person at Frisbii
The list of the contacts in her company known by Frisbii
Let's first look at the right of the page :
She sees that the contact details of her colleagues are not up to date and so she decides to call her Account Manager in order to update him. She can find the Account manager's contact details on the right of the page.
Your Settings
Being curious, Greta decides to go even further discovering her Frisbii Community Space.
In the drop down list, she clicks on Settings, which opens a standard Salesforce page that allows her to:
Update her password
Change her regional settings
Manage her profile visibility
Activate and manage notifications
