Standard support

Your licence agreement entitles you to free support in the cases listed below:

  • Online documentation: access to Frisbii documentation articles

  • Feature Request: suggestion for improving the functional coverage of the application

  • How to / Question: question about using a feature

  • Bug: malfunction in the Frisbii application

Extended Support

For anything not covered by Standard Support, we provide assistance through a paid support contract (Silver Support, Gold Support, ticket book) in the form of a ticket book or a monthly plan.
