In the Pause subscriptions tab, you can set whether and for how long a subscription (Self Service and Merchant Backend) can be paused.

Pausing subscriptions and delivery break for print subscriptions

The functions of pausing a subscription or setting a delivery break can be activated or deactivated here for end customers in Self Service.  The maximum pause that can be set can also be defined for the subscription pause.  

  • Maximum break that can be set in Self Service: the maximum length of a break can be set individually.

  • Maximum pause that can be set in the Frisbii Media backend: the maximum length of a pause can be set individually.
