Cancellation Options

  • Activate/deactivate Allow cancellation at a given date using the slider: Customers can choose from later than the next possible termination date. The times at the end of the following subscription intervals are offered in order to generate billing-compliant notices of cancellation.

  • Use the slider Activate/deactivate Exceptional cancellation request : It is possible to link your own content for the cancellation request with a link. The customer thus leaves the Self Service and arrives at the desired page.

Appears as follows in Self Service:

  • Link to your own content: Enter a link that navigates the customer to another landing page to go through a churn prevention process outside of Self Service.
