Preliminary Remarks
Offers can be archived in the Merchant Backend. When archiving, you can define how the offer is to be handled after archiving.
Archive Offers
Either a single offer can be archived via the detailed view or several offers can be archived together in the main view in the Offers menu item. The following options are available for how the archived offer should be handled:
still sold
The offer can continue to be sold without restrictions after archiving.not sold anymore
The offer can no longer be purchased. A text block can be used to define a corresponding information text to be displayed in the checkout when end customers want to purchase the offer. This text will only be displayed in the new checkout, which will be published soon.Cross-selling to another offer
Another offer can be selected to which the end customer is referred if they wanted to purchase the archived offer. You can also define a note text in the checkout here.
If the offer is in use at another location, this is indicated by a banner. Click on the link to go directly to the offer.
If an offer has been archived,
it is not offered for selection in any drop-down menu.
a banner indicates that it is being used elsewhere.
if it is used at another location (e.g. shopping cart, up/down selling, delivery list) it has an "archived" badge so that it can be replaced if necessary.
it is listed in the list view in the Archived tab in the Offers menu item.
