Preliminary Remarks
Due to the special features of a WBZ dealer, the offers that are used must meet certain requirements.
It is important to note that purchases are made outside the system and are only transferred to the system via an import.
Note: It is recommended for use with WBZ dealers:
create independent offers that are only used in the context of WBZ dealers.
depending on the use case, use independent delivery lists and link them to the offers.
This ensures that special features in commission and condition agreements are consistently mapped and can also be managed independently.
Creation of offers for WBZ dealers
The creation of offers for WBZ dealers largely corresponds to the creation of a regular offer. In principle, the following offer types can be used with WBZ dealers:
Time-based subscriptions
Simple time-based subscription
Complex time-based subscription
Issue-based offers
Simple issue-based subscription
Multi-steps issue-based subscription
Offer creation:
The offers must be defined as externally-managed offers:
Open the Basic data tab in the offer creation.
Scroll to the end of the form in the External Management area.
Activate the checkbox Externally invoiced.
The offers must be linked to a delivery list to determine the first days of sale
