Preliminary Remarks
An offer for the voucher redemption refers to the offer that is provided as a service to the recipient or redeemer of the voucher code with a gift voucher. An offer for voucher redemption is always linked to a voucher offer through which the voucher redemption is sold.
Which offers can be used to redeem a voucher?
To create a voucher offer , the offer types time-based or issue-based subscription can be used. Single products, credit-based offers and additional products (add-ons) cannot be used within a voucher offer.
The following additional conditions apply:
Time-based subscriptions
Single-step subscription
Runtime with a fixed period
The accounting period and subscription interval must have the same values.
The price sheet used must have a price greater than 0.
Issue-based subscriptions
Single-step subscription
Deactivated option "Repeat period until cancellation"
In the product contract, the "Quantity of issues per accounting period" must have the same number as the "Of which chargeable issues" option.
