Preliminary Remarks
All relevant templates for correct automated communication with the end customer are available in the e-mail template area. Both headers and footers can be maintained. In addition, standard attachments such as general terms and conditions, cancellation policy and service description can be stored to ensure compliance with legal requirements. A Frisbii Media standard template is available for each template, which can be personalized.
Note

Create templates in several languages
Use template placeholders for dynamic content
Set template as default: This template is used as fallback if the customer’s language is not available.
Send test e-mails to preview the template
The test e-mail is sent to the e-mail address stored in the user’s profile.Approve template and track changes: Newly created templates need to be approved before they can be sent out to your customers.

Customize header and footer
Store your company logo for all e-mail templates
Create a footer containing legal information and links
Maintain header and footer independently of mail templates
Important
The header and footer created are not automatically inserted into your e-mail templates!
If you want to have the same header and footer for all your e-mail templates, they need to be added in each template using two functions. This approach makes the creating e-mail templates with header and footer less prone to errors and gives more flexibility.
You can find detailed instructions how to insert header and footer into templates in the step-by-step guide.

Manage mail attachments
Add standard attachments such as terms and conditions, cancellation policy, and service description
Assign attachments to specific email templates

Use template placeholders
What are template placeholders?
Template placeholders are dynamic fields that are automatically filled with customer-specific data. They always begin with {{ and end with }}. Depending on the email template, we provide predefined template placeholders that can be copied by clicking on them and inserted into the HTML.

{{ safeHTML .footer }}Step-by-step guide: Create e-mail template in the client
Use case: We want to create an e-mail template for a payment receipt in English. For this template, we want to include a header and footer, and we always want to attach our general terms and conditions as an email attachment.
Click on Templates > Mail Templates.
In the action bar, click on Add Header/Footer Template.
Important
The headers and footers must be inserted into the email template later, otherwise they will not be displayed. We use the following functions for this:
{{ safeHTML .header}}and{{ safeHTML .footer}}(see step 11).Select English as language.
Enter the HTML in the header.
Example for header:LOGO: <table role="presentation" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="header" style="border-collapse:separate;mso-table-lspace:0pt;mso-table-rspace:0pt;width:100%;min-width:100%;" width="100%"> <tr> <td style="color:#222222;font-family:Ubuntu, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;padding:30px 0;text-align:center;vertical-align:middle;font-size:0;line-height:0;" align="center" valign="middle"> <img src="LOGO URL" alt="Logo" style="border:none;-ms-interpolation-mode:bicubic;max-width:100%;width:150px;height:auto;" width="150"> </td> </tr> </table> Or Text: <table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" style="background-color:#ffffff;"> <tr> <td align="center" style="padding:30px 20px;"> <table width="600" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0"> <tr> <td align="center" style="border-bottom:3px solid #0066cc;padding-bottom:20px;"> <h1 style="margin:0;color:#0057ff;font-size:32px;font-weight:bold;">Your company</h1> </td> </tr> </table> </td> </tr> </table>Enter the HTML in the footer.
Example of footer:<table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" style="background-color:#f8f8f8;"> <tr> <td align="center" style="padding:30px 20px;"> <table width="600" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0"> <tr> <td style="border-top:2px solid #e0e0e0;padding-top:20px;"> <table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0"> <tr> <td align="center" style="padding-bottom:15px;"> <p style="margin:0;font-size:18px;font-weight:bold;color:#0066cc;">Company</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center" style="padding-bottom:15px;"> <p style="margin:0;font-size:14px;color:#666666;line-height:1.5;"> Address<br> Postcode City, Country<br> <a href="mailto:contact@company.com" style="color:#0066cc;text-decoration:none;">E-mail address</a> | <a href="https://www.company.com" style="color:#0066cc;text-decoration:none;">www.yourcompany.com</a> </p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center" style="padding:15px 0;"> <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0"> <tr> <td style="padding:0 10px;"> <a href="Link" style="color:#0066cc;text-decoration:none;font-size:14px;">LinkedIn</a> </td> <td style="padding:0 10px;"> <a href="Link" style="color:#0066cc;text-decoration:none;font-size:14px;">Instagram</a> </td> <td style="padding:0 10px;"> <a href="Link" style="color:#0066cc;text-decoration:none;font-size:14px;">Facebook</a> </td> </tr> </table> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center" style="padding-top:15px;"> <p style="margin:0;font-size:12px;color:#999999;"> © 2025 Your company.
