Preliminary Remarks

Text blocks can be created in the Merchant Backend and make it possible to use standardized texts. These can be used in a variety of ways.

The use of predefined text blocks helps to standardize the labeling and tracking of activities.

Manage text blocks

Overview

The folder structure is displayed on the left-hand side of the overview, and all text blocks that have already been created are listed on the right-hand side along with all important information.

• Via Commands a text block can be

  • opened in the detail view.

  • edited.

  • deleted .

Add text block

• Click on +Add Text Block.

• Enter an Internal Title.

• Optionally, sort text block in a previously created folder structure.

• Determine the type of text block using the drop-down menu.

  • Link (A valid URL must be entered here.)

  • HTML (The text can be formatted here.)

  • Plain text (The text cannot be formatted here.)

• Select language.

• Enter text .

Text blocks can now be used in all actions in the Merchant Backend that allow additional information, for example:

• Activities in the customer account

• Create an in-app offer

• Shopping Carts
