Preliminary Remarks
Voucher campaigns contain a defined number of voucher codes. These codes and related information can be viewed directly via the Merchant Backend. The voucher codes can also be downloaded in a single file for further use.
Manage voucher codes
All active and inactive voucher campaigns that have already been created are displayed in the list view. The voucher campaign can be edited, copied or downloaded directly via the Commands column. Click Details to open the detail view, where further information can be viewed and actions can be taken.
In the detail view, via the action bar, voucher campaigns can be deactivated and individual data can be added.
The following can be deactivated
the whole voucher campaign,
a single voucher code or
a single channel.
Note: Deactivation cannot be undone.
Individual Vouchers
In the overview of the individual vouchers, further information such as the status of the voucher is displayed in addition to the voucher code.
An individual voucher is active , if it has not yet been redeemed. In this case, the column Order ID is filled with the number 0. As soon as a voucher code has been used, the status changes to inactive and is linked to the corresponding order ID. Click on the link of the ID to open the order.
Campaign Vouchers
The overview of campaign vouchers differs from single vouchers only in that no linked order ID is displayed. However, this can be queried via the API. In addition, the number of vouchers already redeemed within a multiple voucher can be queried: https://api.plenigo.com/api/v3.0/vouchers/campaigns/{campaignId}
