The users of multiuser offers are divided into:
Main users and
Users
The purchaser of the multiuser offer is automatically the main user. Both user types must have registered access in the SSO used. Further information on handling main users and users in the Merchant Backend can be found in the article on the multiuser section in the customer account.
Main user
The main user is the owner of the multiuser access.
He is the only user who cannot be removed from multiuser access.
He is the buyer of the offer.
Payments due are processed via the main user's account.
It has extensive management options in multiuser access.
He can cancel an ongoing multiuser subscription.
Users
In contrast to the main user, the user has very limited rights.
They can only join a multiuser account by logging in.
He cannot remove himself from a multiuser account.
He only uses the service available through multiuser access.
