The users of multi-user offers are divided into:
Main users and
Users
The purchaser of the multi-user offer is automatically the main user. Both user types must have registered access in the SSO used. Further information on handling main users and users in the Merchant Backend can be found in the article on the multi-user section in the customer account.
Main user
The main user is the owner of the multi-user access.
He is the only user who cannot be removed from multi-user access.
He is the buyer of the offer.
Payments due are processed via the main user's account.
It has extensive management options in multi-user access.
He can cancel an ongoing multi-user subscription.
Users
In contrast to the main user, the user has very limited rights.
They can only join a multi-user account by logging in.
He cannot remove himself from a multi-user account.
He only uses the service available through multi-user access.
