Yes, a cancellation can be withdrawn both in Self Service and in the Merchant Backend - however, certain restrictions apply.
for issue-based subscriptions:
A regular cancellation (at the end of the accounting period) can be withdrawn until the paid period comes to an end and before the next delivery list is created with the first unpaid issue; once a partial cancellation is triggered, the cancellation can no longer be withdrawn. A partial cancellation is frequently triggered with the cancellation option Cancellation at issue level and always with the cancellation option Cancel now .
Example:
The customer cancels during the period at the end of the accounting period. In this case, this is issue e on November 27. However, the delivery list for issue f on December 4 will already be drawn up on November 20. The customer can therefore only withdraw the cancellation until November 19.
for time-based subscriptions:
A cancellation can also only be withdrawn if no partial cancellation has been triggered. A partial cancellation is triggered, for example, if the accounting period is longer than the subscription interval or with the cancel now option.
