The menu item Customers lists all customers in the main view. Various options are available here:

Create customers manually
Note: The function Create customer can only be used if the user administration or the SSO is provided by Frisbii Media. If a third-party system is used, a manual customer installation must be carried out via this system.
When creating a new customer, only the language must be specified. A "dummy e-mail address" can be used as the e-mail address, which can be replaced with a real one at any time.

Download the customer list
The customers can be downloaded as a .csv file. A maximum of 5,000 entries can be downloaded. Customers can be filtered according to a defined time period.
The opt-in data can also be downloaded via the action bar.
Customer search
The customer list can be searched using the specified search parameters. Operators can also be used. Examples can be found in the question mark symbol to the right of the free text search.
Customer list
The complete customer base is listed in the list. The status shows whether the customer account is activated or deactivated.
The customer account opens by clicking on the customer ID or e-mail address.

Note
When filtering by date range, be aware that the date is not the creation date of the customer, but the date of the last change.
Both downloads are limited to 5,000 entries.

For marketing purposes or similar, it can be useful to download the opt-in information from customers as csv to hand this information to another sytem.
