Preliminary Remarks

Bonuses can be copied, edited and archived in the detail view.  A bonus can be linked to any number of offers. However, an offer can only ever contain one bonus.  


Link bonuses to an offer

  • Open the detail view of the offer to be linked to the bonus.

  • Open the drop-down menu Extended Offer Data in the action bar.

  • Click on Assign Bonus.

  • Use the drop-down menu to select a previously created bonus.

The bonus is now linked to the offer and is displayed to the customer at checkout.  It can be removed from the offer at any time.


Edit bonus

When a bonus is edited, an additional field appears in edit mode. The availability of the bonus can be controlled here.


Examples of use

Offer with various bonuses to choose from

In the example, there is an offer that represents a single-step digital subscription. This offer was created a total of three times and linked to a different bonus each time.

This enables the following distribution channels:

  • The offers can now be made available to your customer for purchase on a landing page. 
    For the customer, this is always the same digital subscription with different bonuses.

  • By using a shopping cart, further packages could be made available, also with additional offers.

  • These offers can be linked to further conditions by means of sales rules. For example, bonuses could be linked to upsell mechanisms via up/down-selling.
