💡New
🤖 Frida Chatbot
On March 25th, we are activating Frida - our chatbot - in the Frisbii Media Merchant Backend - on the STAGE and LIVE environments. You can access Frida in the lower right-hand corner from all interfaces (both in the contracting company and the clients).
What can you do with Frida?
Ask questions → get immediate answers.
If Frida cannot answer your question, you can open a ticket with our customer support directly from the Merchant Backend. Just tell Frida to open a ticket.

Tax residence in tax settings
Tax Settings in the Merchant Backend (Settings → Financial → Tax Rates and Delivery Thresholds) now include a new “Tax Residence” field. By default, it is prefilled with the contracting company’s country and can be overridden per client if needed. In addition, a history log is available to track changes to the tax settings.

🔧 Improved
Extended validity period in wallets
Entering the validity period in wallets was unnecessarily limited in the Merchant Backend. You can now configure the validity period more flexibly as supported by the API and save values from 0 to 36.

Warning when changing App Store offer mapping
In the Frisbii Media Merchant Backend, a notice is now shown below the “Product ID” field when editing an App Store offer and changing its mapping. The notice warns that changes to the associated App Store offer may lead to unwanted subscription cancellations if the offer has already been sold to customers.

🪲 Bug-Fixes
PLEN-11016: Opening the discount edit option in the subscription detail view could cause the page to freeze. The discount can now be opened and edited as expected.
PLEN-11003: In the Merchant Backend, the “Create a Ticket” button in the Support dialog linked to a helpdesk that is no longer used. The button has been removed. Support tickets can be created using Frida chatbot from March 25th.
PLEN-10406: When a payment in the Merchant Checkout was declined or blocked by Stripe, an unrelated billing-address error message was shown. The Merchant Checkout now displays Stripe’s actual error message, matching the payment failure reason and the payment method used.
PLEN-10901: In the offer detail view, the information on up-/down-selling and cross-selling was not displayed.
