New partner module for Customer Services
“Streilinger Connection” is now available as a new partner module for Customer Services. Streilinger is a Germany-based provider of customer service, telephony and IVR solutions specifically tailored to the requirements of publishers. Its service portfolio also includes GDPR-compliant lead capture, external data protection services, cloud-based telephony and AI-supported tools for customer support.

Password reset: easier credential copying
After a password reset (Contracting Company → User Administration → Users), the displayed credentials now remain visible until dismissed. In addition, the user name and password are shown in a separate section with a copy action, making them easier to copy.

Improved dropdowns in modal dialogs
Dropdown lists in modal dialogs now open in the foreground and overlap the dialog content instead of being constrained within the dialog. This makes all available options immediately visible and easier to select across the affected dialogs.

🐛 Bug-Fixes
PLEN-11143: In the Churn Prevention settings, the button text fields did not indicate the 30-character limit and saving could fail with an unclear error message. The fields now show a maximum length hint and only allow up to 30 characters.

PLEN-11229: After a password change in Self Service, existing sign-ins in other browsers or devices could remain valid. These sessions are now ended automatically, so users must sign in again with the new password.
