Preliminary Remarks

All customer data can be viewed in the customer account in the Cockpit tab. The following data is displayed on the left-hand side of the cockpit:

  • General customer data (customer ID, address, e-mail address, status, etc.)

  • Delivery and invoice address

  • Opt-in status

The following data is displayed on the right-hand side of the cockpit:

  • Graphical representation of all activities in a timeline

  • All activities in detail


Cockpit

Left side - customer data, invoice address and opt-in

  1. Customer data
    Both personal data such as name, date of birth, address and system data such as source of customer registration, time of registration and customer status are displayed here.
    Customer data can be edited using the pencil icon.
    As soon as the status of a customer is changed in the action bar via the drop-down menu Manage > Block customer, a status history appears, which can be expanded via Details .

  2. Invoice address
    The invoice address field appears as soon as a customer has entered a delivery or invoice address.

  3. Opt-in
    The opt-in status of the customer can be viewed in the opt-in status tile.
    The following statuses can be displayed:

    None

    Customer consent is unknown

    Single opt-in

    Customer has agreed

    Double opt-in

    Customer has agreed and confirmed

    Withdrawn

    Customer has revoked consent

    Objection

    Customer was e.g. acquired by purchasing addresses and actively objects

Right side - Activity history

All changes and activities relating to the customer account are listed and displayed graphically in the activity history. The tiles can be expanded for more information. Activities can be triggered by the API, the system, a supporter or the customer .

API: Any changes made via the API.

System: Any automated processes that are carried out by the system in the background, such as the creation of an order, invoice or subscription.

Supporter: Any changes made by the supporter via the action bar.

Customer: Any changes made by the customer in Self Service or purchases made in Checkout.
