Preliminary Remarks

The customer overview can be accessed via the Customers menu item.  A customer's account has an action bar, which provides access to basic, frequently used actions. In order to enable a compact presentation of all necessary data, the other customer account data is divided into several sections, which can be accessed via tabs .


The action bar

  • Add an Activity
    Enables the creation of notes and information, as well as the upload of files (max. size 800 kb) as PDF, image and Office files (optional). 

  • Add Address

    • Add an invoice address: Creation of invoice addresses

    • Add a delivery address: Creation of delivery addresses

  • Add an Access Right
    Manual creation of an access right 

  • Add a Bank Account 
    Creation of a bank account for SEPA Direct Debit Scheme

  • Goodwill

    • Add free issues 

    • Redeliver Issues for Free

    • Add Accounting Period for Free

  • Block access
    This revokes access to the products. The customer can still log in, but will no longer have access to the products.

  • Manage

    • Block Customer: The customer is blocked and can no longer log in.

    • Delete Customer: The customer account is irrevocably deleted. This is only possible if no transaction data (e.g. orders, invoices, subscriptions) are available in the account. 

    • Export customer data: It is possible to create information on personal data within the meaning of Section 15 GDPR.

    • Reset Password: This function can be used to trigger the generation of a one-time password.

    • Deactivate Two-Factor Authentication: Deactivates the customer's two-factor authentication. 

    • Anonymize Customers: The customer account is anonymized and blocked for processing. New purchases and mail communication via Frisbii Media are no longer possible. Invoice corrections can still be made.

    • Change Opt-In Status: Changing the opt-in consents

  • Checkout
    This can be used to place orders for customers.

  • Edit Additional Data
    Enables the configuration of so-called Additional data that can be saved to orders, for example.  


Account Tabs

The customer account is divided into tabs, in which the relevant information and documents are displayed. The number of available data records (e.g. addresses, invoices, subscriptions or access rights) is displayed above each tab.

Cockpit: Display of customer data, activities, invoice and delivery Address and opt-in status

Invoice Addresses: display and management of invoice addresses

Delivery Addresses: display and management of delivery addresses

Orders: display and management of orders by and for customers

External Orders: display and management of external orders

Billing: display and management of invoices

Subscriptions: display and management of customers’ subscriptions

Wallet Change History: display and management of credits of credit-based subscriptions

Payment Methods: display and management of customers’ payment methods

Access Rights: display of automized and manually-created access rights

Additional Data: display and management of additional data

Sessions: display of and information on customers’ user sessions, including information about the device used

Multi-User Account: display and managementof purchased multi-user access

In-App Orders: display and management of purchases from mobile apps

Mail-Log Entries: display of system mails sent to customers, including delivery status

Login History: information on logins, inlcuding data about browser and operating system used
