Account settings

Prev Next

The Account settings page is where you provide the core information about your business. This data is used across Frisbii — it appears in your customer-facing email templates, the checkout window, and on invoices. Keep this information accurate and up to date.

Go to Configurations → Admin and billing → Account settings.

Basic information

The Basic information section contains your account's core settings. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Account Name *

The name of your business. This is shown to your customers in the Frisbii checkout window and used in email templates as {{account.name}}.

Language *

The default language for your account. This determines the language used in system-generated email templates.

Note

The account language determines the language of the email templates. You can also set the language in your individual user profile.

Currency *

The default currency for your account (e.g. EUR, DKK, SEK). This is used as the base currency for all plans, invoices, and transactions. The currency cannot be changed once your account is live and has active subscribers.

Default VAT Percentage *

The fallback VAT rate (in %) applied to charges when no country-specific tax rule is defined. Enter a numeric value, e.g. 25 for 25%.

Note

Country-specific tax rates override this default. Manage country-based tax rules under Configurations > Finance and accounting > Tax Management.

Location

Your business address. This information appears on invoices and may be displayed to customers during checkout. Country and Timezone are required fields.

Address

The first line of your business street address (e.g. street name and house number).

Address 2

Optional. Use for additional address details such as a floor, suite, or building name.

Postal Code

Your business postal or ZIP code.

City

The city where your business is located.

Country *

Your business country. Used to determine default tax handling and to display your location on invoices.

Timezone *

The timezone used for scheduling, renewal dates, and timestamps displayed in the dashboard and on invoices (e.g. Europe/Berlin).

VAT ID

Your business VAT registration number. This appears on invoices sent to your customers.

Note

Always enter your VAT ID with the country code prefix followed by the number, e.g. DE123456789. For valid formats by country, see the VAT ID formats section below.

Contact information

Your business contact details.

Email

Your business contact email address.

Phone

Your business phone number. Displayed in the checkout window and available for use in email templates.

Website

Your company website URL. Displayed in the checkout window and available for use in email templates.

Logo

Upload your company logo. It is displayed in the Frisbii checkout window and in customer-facing email templates. Supported formats: .png, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg. You can drag and drop the file or click Upload to browse. A preview is shown on the right once a file is selected.

Terms of service

Terms of service

Your terms of service are displayed to customers during checkout. Use the built-in rich text editor to write or paste your terms. The editor supports headings, bold, italic, bullet lists, numbered lists, and links.

A draft with standard terms of service clauses is pre-filled as a starting point — adapt it to match your business and legal requirements. Use the language dropdown in the top-right corner of the section to manage localized versions of your terms for different markets.

Click Save to apply your changes.

VAT ID validation

Frisbii validates the VAT ID you enter to ensure it is accurate and meets the required format for your country. An incorrect VAT ID can cause issues with invoicing and tax reporting.

Always enter your VAT ID with the two-letter country code prefix followed by the number — no spaces or special characters.
