Plans supporting this feature: Starter Growth Scale
Overview
A coupon batch generates multiple unique, single-use coupon codes in one operation - up to 5,000 at a time - instead of creating codes one by one by yourself. Each code in the batch grants the same discount and can be redeemed once.
Use this for campaigns like gift-card competitions, partner voucher distributions, or printed codes where every customer needs their own unique code.

Limitations
A batch can contain up to 5,000 codes.
All codes in a batch share the same discount and plan eligibility — you can't vary the discount per code.
Codes are generated with the same fixed series length and character set across the batch (no mixed formats).
Codes are unique within your Frisbii account, not globally across all Frisbii accounts.
Once a batch is created, it can't be deleted. You can invalidate individual codes at any time, but there's no batch-wide delete or "burn" action.
Before you begin
You have permission to manage coupons on your account.
You've already set up the discount you want the batch's codes to apply.
Create a coupon batch
Creating a batch is a two-step process: you configure and preview the code format first, then generate the batch.
Open the batch overview.
Navigate to Configurations → Product catalogue → Coupons.
In the right-hand corner click on Coupon batches.
Click on + Create batch codes.

Give the batch an internal name and a unique handle to identify it later, for example in the codes table or when exporting.
Select the discount every code in the batch will apply.
Set how the codes look.
Prefix and Suffix (optional):Fixed text added before or after the generated part of the code, for example a partner or campaign short name.
Series length: The number of generated characters per code (6–12, default 8).
Character set: Letters, Digits, or Alphanumeric.
Exclude ambiguous characters: On by default. Leaves out characters that are easy to misread, such as 0, O, 1, I, and L.
Batch size: How many codes to generate (1–5,000).
Note
When you select “letters” or “digits” for character set and select exclude ambiguous characters, the minimum series length increases.
Letters + exclude ambiguous characters: series length minimum is 7
Digits + include ambiguous characters: series length minimum is 9
Digits + exclude ambiguous characters: series length minimum is 10
Check the sample code shown in the preview panel. It updates automatically as you change the code format, and you can select Regenerate to see another example. This sample is illustrative only — it isn't reserved and won't be one of the codes actually created.

Choose whether the codes apply to all plans or only to specific plans you select.
Choose whether the batch is valid anytime or only before a specific date.

Set the redemption cap (unlimited or a limited number of redemptions per code) and the redemption strategy (once per customer, per subscription, or per plan).

Select Generate to create the batch.
A confirmation dialog shows exactly how many codes will be created and an example code, and warns that this can't be undone. Confirm to generate the codes.
Once generation completes, you land on the batch's detail page, where the codes are ready to use, export, or share.
Manage a batch
Open a batch from the Coupon batches list to view its codes and campaign progress.
Metrics
See Total, Active, Redeemed, and Invalidated counts for the batch at a glance.

Codes
Browse the batch's codes in the table below. Search by code, or filter by status (Active, Redeemed, Invalidated).

Invalidate a code
If a code has been compromised or no longer needed. Then it can be deactivated.
Select the invalidate action next to an active code and then confirm. The code immediately stops being redeemable. Codes that have already been redeemed can't be invalidated.

Edit a single coupon
In the coupons list, click on a single coupon to open it in the editing mode where you have the possibility to expire or delete the coupon, as well as change coupon settings (availability, validity, redemptions).

Export
Select Export to download all of the batch's codes as a CSV file, including each code's status, redeeming customer, and redemption date where applicable. You can export as many times as you need.
