🚀Here’s what’s new and improved in Frisbii Billing and Pay this week. These changes were released based on updates completed during the week of Aug 25th  – Aug 29th, and packaged for publication on Monday, Aug 1st.

🤖 New – Meet Frida, our AI Support Assistant

What’s changed
From 1st September, Billing & Pay customers will see Frida, our new in-app AI Support Assistant. Frida can answer questions in multiple languages 24/7 and escalate to our Support team whenever human assistance is required.

Why it matters
Frida helps you get faster answers to common questions without waiting for email responses. As she processes more queries, she will continue to get smarter - making support quicker and more efficient. Just click the chat icon in the bottom-right of the platform to get started.


✅ Fixed hours for fixed day billing schedules added

Product: Billing

What’s changed
You can now define fixed hours for both ‘Fixed Day Weekly’ and ‘Fixed Day Monthly’ billing schedules.

Why it matters
This provides you greater flexibility and control when configuring billing schedules, ensuring invoices are generated at the right time for your business needs.


✅ New invoice & credit note PDF download endpoints

Product: Billing (Growth)
Platform: App

What’s changed
We’ve introduced new endpoints for downloading invoice and credit note PDFs:

  • /v1/invoice/{invoice_id}

  • /v1/credit_note/{credit_note_id}

These replace older endpoints.

Why it matters
The updated API makes it easier and more consistent for merchants developers to fetch invoice and credit note PDFs directly.


✅ SSO & Organisation Settings have a new place

Product: Billing (Enterprise)

What’s changed
The organization and SSO settings now have their own dedicated section under Admin and Billing

Why it matters
This update improves clarity for administrators and provides a more intuitive location for managing organisation-level settings. and SSO settings

🚀 Releasing on Sept 9th - Predictive Analytics!

What’s changing:
We’re launching Predictive Analytics, a suite of AI-powered Labs that help you forecast and optimize revenue outcomes and increase company profitability. Available as part of your plan, at no additional cost. The suite includes:

  • Pricing Lab – Test pricing and discount changes before launch to see their impact on churn, conversion, and revenue.

  • Retention Lab – Understand customer churn patterns and forcast churned revenue.

  • Acquisition Lab (coming soon) – Forecast customer growth, lifetime value, and new revenue by plan and cohort.

Why it matters
Predictive Analytics takes the guesswork out of revenue planning. By modelling outcomes with your own data, powered by our AI, it delivers forecasts tailored to your business to help you grow faster and outsmart the competition. This means you can:

  • Make confident pricing moves

  • Prevent churn before it happens

With Predictive Analytics, you don’t need a data science team - Frisbii becomes your data science team.

Starter plan customers will be able to access Predictive Analytics for 60 days from the 4th with the opportunity to upgrade to Growth to take advantage of ongoing predictive insights that help you price smarter, retain longer, and acquire faster.

🕒 Releasing on Sept 15th - Schedule key subscription changes in advance  

Product: Billing – Starter, Growth, Enterprise.
Platform: API & APP

What’s changing: You’ll soon be able to schedule important subscription actions - like pausing a plan, expiring a subscription, or adding/removing add-ons - to take effect on a future date.

Why it matters: No more manual tracking or last-minute support tickets. Merchants can automate lifecycle changes in advance, saving time and ensuring accuracy for both their teams and customers.

📧 Whitelist new email domain to receive Report downloads

Applies to: Billing & Pay
Type: Maintenance

What’s changing
From 1 October 2025, all report downloads will be sent from support@mail.frisbii.com. The previous domain support@mail.reepay.com and support@mail.billwerk.com will no longer be in use.

Why it matters
To ensure you continue receiving reports without interruption, please ask your IT team to whitelist support@mail.frisbii.com ahead of this change. Otherwise, report download emails may be blocked or fail to reach your inbox. If you experience any issues please email support@frisbii.com or raise a ticket with Frida.
