Access to the Invoices interface
Click on Payments → Invoices to open the list.

The Invoices list will give you an overview of all your invoices.

Table columns of the Invoices List
Here you can find the meaning of each fields that can be found in the columns.
Status | The state of the invoice. Learn more about the different states here. |
Payment Method | A logo of the used payment method will be shown here. The little arrow tells you that this invoice is tied to a subscription. |
Manual Reference | If a reference is added manually, it will be shown here. |
Amount | The total amount on the invoice |
Handle | Every invoice created gets an invoice handle, this handle is auto-created unless you have built your own integration. You would typically use this filter to find a specific invoice. |
Accounting No. | For accounting purposes; displayed on the PDF |
Debtor Id | For accounting purposes; maintained at the customer |
Payment context | Merchant Initiated Transaction (MIT) or Customer Initiated Transaction (CIT) |
Number | invoice number |
Authorized amount | in case of pre-authorization, then authorized amount is shown |
Settled amount | If the invoice has been settled, fully or partially, the settled amount will be stated here. |
Refunded amount | If the invoice has been refunded, fully or partially, the refunded amount will be stated here. |
Billing company Billing Email Billing Address Billing VAT number | Additional billing information |
Customer | Customer handle attached to the invoice |
Type | Type of the invoice: Invoice Types and States |
Authorized Failed Settled | Timestamp, depending on state |
Dunning start Dunning success | In case of dunning: Start date of dunning process and success |
Due | Date when payment is due |
Created | Timestamp of the creation date |
File Type | PDF or PDF+XML (if e-invoicing is activated) |
Cost center PO number | For accounting purposes; maintained at customer or subscription |
Filter the list and manage columns
You can adjust the view of the list by adding or hiding relevant/irrelevant columns as you see fit:
Click on the
icon.Add or hide certain columns by using the slider.
You can add filters you need regularly.
Click on the
icon.Add or remove certain filters by using the slider.
Click into the filter to either type into or select from the drop-down list.
