Access to the Payouts Interface
In order to access click on Payments > Payouts on the navigation sidebar.
If Payouts have already been created they are displayed in this list.
Table columns of the Payouts List
First of all we will go through the different columns of this table.
State | Created, Processing, Failed, Paid |
Payment Method | The payment method that was used for the payout. |
Amount | The amount that was paid out. |
Text | The text defined in the description field when creating the payout. |
Handle | The handle either automatically generated or customized when creating the payout. |
Customer | The customer ID |
Created date | The day when the payout was created. |
Filter the List
If you would like to hide or add columns to the table, click on the icon.
You can filter the list by clicking on the icon.
By default you can filter the list on the Creation Date.
Click on the drop down list Add filters to filter the table on any of the columns.
Create Payout
Payouts can be created in the customer’s account.
In the navigation bar, click on Customers > Customers.
Open the customer the payout should be created for.
Scroll down to the Payouts box and click on Create Payout.
In the editing view, enter a description as to why the payout was carried out and choose an active payment method.
After saving, the payout is logged in the payouts list (Payments > Payouts).
