Preliminary Remarks
The schedule actions feature provides merchants with powerful subscription lifecycle management capabilities that address real-world customer needs and business scenarios. This functionality is essential when customers need to make changes to their subscriptions that should take effect at a future date rather than immediately.
Future changes to subscriptions can be planned in advance so that these planned actions are triggered automatically on the relevant day. This simplifies the process of setting up and implementing scheduled changes to subscriptions.
At the moment the following actions can be scheduled:
Add an Add-On
Remove an Add-On
Pause & Reactivate Subscription
Expire Subscription
In menu item Subscriptions, open the subscription the action is to be scheduled for and click on Actions > Schedule Actions in the top right.
