Linda explains to Axel that, in the same way that Start Date and End Date are taken into account when creating subscriptions, ending a subscription depends on the duration of the subscription and therefore the initial End Date. Once this duration has expired, the status of the subscription record remains set to Active, even if its end date has passed.
You have the option of changing the status of the subscription to Completed, using the automated processes.
How to terminate a subscription
Important: Once you have changed the subscription status to Completed, it's impossible to change it back to Activated. Make sure in advance that the operation is performed on the correct subscription, because even our support team can not help you to reverse the action.
In order to terminate the subscription, you need to follow the following procedure:
Steps
Go to the Subscriptions tab.
Open the subscription in question.
Change the Status field to Completed.

Save.
Note: it is always possible, before the subscription ends, to set up different actions: Renewal - Interruption, or simply to let it end.
