Certification course

You're a Salesforce consultant, and a new product is now part of your portfolio: Frisbii! So you've decided to take a training course to learn how to manage a Frisbii deployment project and integrate it into your processes.

A training that fits in with your Salesforce experience

The Frisbii application is 100% native to Salesforce, so you're on familiar ground. Rights management, adaptation of page layouts to user needs, flow automation, reports... these are tools you've already mastered.

Since you like to follow best practices, you're also very curious to learn more about setting up, administering and maintaining the application.

The tracks

This course is divided into three different tracks:

Discovery - a three-phase introductory module
1. Welcome to Frisbii: Best practices and communication with support
2. Getting started with Frisbii: Project start-up, installation and user access settings
3. Frisbii settings: configuration of objects that activate billing.
Basics - the module that gives you a thorough understanding of the application's objects and their functions
1. Frisbii integration in Sales Cloud: How SF objects and Frisbii are connected
2. Quotations: to create quotations in Frisbii , and generate PDFs
3. Subscriptions : Recurrent billing and index-based revision
4. Sales invoices and accounting entries: invoices and the beginnings of accounting
Advanced - taking configuration to the next level
1. Frisbii administration
2. Import and export in Frisbii
3. PDF template management
4. Automation management
5. Payment solutions integration
6. Frisbii Updates

How training works

Each track brings together articles from our knowledge base, which we have listed by subject in the main sections. These items include :

The field dictionaries
The relationship between objects and the inheritance of field values
Existing procedures
Error messages
Customer FAQs

You will find almost all of these articles in our documentation. The important thing is not that you learn everything by heart, but that you know where the information is when you need it.

The practical side: Frisbii setup

We strongly recommend that you follow the procedures in our articles to set up Frisbii in a test environment. Make sure you're the only one using this org.

Certification

Once you have completed the training courses and feel ready to take the certification, send us a quick email to training-france@frisbii.com. You will then receive a link to the certification.

Please note that this link is valid only once. It is accessible during one week.

Make sure you're ready before you start the questionnaire.

The certification consists of 60 questionsand you have 2 minutes per question. So plan on 120 minutes of undisturbed quiet.

Important: Once a question has been answered, you cannot go back on it.
