This release note explains what's new in this version, what it's all about and how to implement it.

What is a Frisbii Release Note?

A release note covers all the new features present in a new version of Frisbii: functionalities, bug fixes, improvements to the user experience and updates to our knowledge base.

This release note is intended for all users of the Frisbii application and, more specifically, for administrators of the Salesforce org on which it is installed.

We update our release notes as soon as possible, after each new version of the Frisbii application. Our Releases Notes provide brief descriptions of enhancements and new features.

How is the update performed?

The new version is available on request, subject to availability. If you are interested in this new version, please open a request on our support community (see Creating a request) asking for the update.

Flagship feature

Here's the major new feature you'll find in Fall'24:

Automated integration between an e-commerce platform and Frisbii

For whom
For all Frisbii Finance or Administrator users who need automatic synchronization of paid invoices with e-commerce transactions.
This feature is aimed at all companies offering "one-shot" goods or services on an e-commerce site, outside the subscription system. An evolution is planned to integrate the subscription system in a future version.

Why

As a Salesforce user, you want to centralize all your invoicing processes in a single tool: your CRM. This automated integration solution between your e-commerce platform and Frisbii enables paid invoices to be transferred directly into the CRM without any manual intervention.

Frisbii offers:

• Payment solution embedded in your e-commerce site, via Frisbii Pay

• Process automation, with automated creation of the paid invoice in Frisbii after each online purchase

• Centralization of data, providing a complete, unified view of the purchasing process and transactions

• Simplified tracking of payments, thanks to automatic synchronization of paid invoices and seamless tracking of financial transactions

• Reactivity and reporting: by integrating all sales and billing information from online orders into Frisbii, you can generate real-time reports on sales performance, payment status and cash flow.

This solution improves the efficiency of financial processes, while providing a consolidated view and optimal tracking of payments in real time.

How to
Whatever your e-commerce site (WooCommerce, WordPress, Shopify, Expérience Cloud...), it must integrate the Frisbii Pay payment solution.
After each online purchase made via Frisbii Pay, Frisbii automates the following actions:

• Invoice creation , with "Acknowledged" status (not "Issued")

• Creation of the associated payment, with status "cashed" and the checkbox "pending" at false

• Creation of the & billing contact account, based on the customer's complete information (billing address, delivery address, private or professional...). This creation is compatible with the Person Account feature activated in Salesforce.

• Updating of account information & Billing contact, taking into account changes made online

• Product matching between the e-commerce site and your Salesforce Product Catalog

• Locking of fields on Acknowledged Invoices, to prevent changes being made to records from external systems

• Reimbursement through the creation of a Frisbii credit note, the amount will be credited back to the payment method used when the order was placed.

• Frisbii Dashboard included in the package: Order tracking

All that's left to do is follow your usual billing process to issue the invoice in Frisbii.
