Preliminary Remarks
The template designer allows you to customize the template for the order confirmation PDF. After saving the changes, a draft version of the template is created first. The previously used live version will continue to be used until the draft version is released.
In addition to the order confirmation PDF, the invoice PDF can also be customized. The template designer for invoice templates exists for this purpose.
The editing mode is organized in such a way that it is immediately clear which information is displayed at which position in the PDF.
Design options
Design
The basic graphic properties of the template are determined by selecting the design. Parts of this can be further customized using the following options.Position of the logo & Logo
The position determines where a logo is displayed. The Text 1 field is moved accordingly. If no image file is uploaded, a free space is created in place of the logo.Text 1
A free text field that is displayed at the height of the logo and can be used for contact details, for example.Sender address line
A text field for the sender address. The content is displayed on a single line above the recipient information.Order details
Display options for order details. The data is displayed at the level of the sender address line or the recipient information.Heading position
Moves the heading to the desired position.Text 2
A free text field that is displayed above the table with the ordered items and can be used as an additional welcome text, for example.Table content & Address display
Both areas configure the content that is displayed in the Description column in addition to the product name.Text 3 & Text 4

Text fields without formatting options for the footer area. Each column has a fixed position on the template. Individual columns can be left blank. Due to the fixed position, a maximum of 8 lines per column can be used.
