We're excited to announce the complete overhaul of our multiuser feature! Multiuser 2.0 brings enhanced flexibility, better user management, and clear distinctions between family and corporate use cases.

👨👩👧👦 Family Subscriptions
With our family subscriptions you can offer one subscription that can be used by several people at the same time.
Offer Creation
Contract terms and price are defined in the product contract as usual. In addition, the maximum user amount is now also defined in the product contract.
In the offer creation, you can decide if you want to offer one product, separate products or bundled products within this offer.
Separate Products: Create offers with multiple individual products. With this approach, the admin can decide if users shall get access to all products or just selected products within the subscription depending on the user's needs.
Bundled Products: Combine products into comprehensive packages. With this approach, users automatically have access to all products within the subscription.
User Management
The users can be managed (added or invited) in our new user management interface both in the Merchant Backend and the Self Service.
🏢 Corporate Subscriptions
For our corporate subscriptions we provide advanced pricing strategies and user management.
Flexible Pricing Strategies (defined in the product contract)
Price Per User operates on an individual user basis, where each user within the corporate account is charged a predetermined amount (for example, €2.50 per user). This approach provides linear scaling based on actual user count.
Price Per Package involves the sale of users in predefined packages (for example, 10 users for €5). This strategy encourages bulk purchases and can provide cost advantages for larger user groups.
Price Tiers: Create multiple pricing levels to accommodate different business sizes.
Advanced Offer Management
When creating an offer, decide whether to offer one product, several separate products or bundled products.

Manual Addition: Add users individually through the interface
CSV Upload: Bulk import users via CSV file for large organizations
Email Domain Registration: Allow users to self-activate by registering with their company email address
User Control & Permissions
Subscription Runtime: Control how long a user subscription should run for
Self Service Cancellation: Decide whether users can cancel their own subscriptions
Subscription Control: Easily cancel and reactivate user subscriptions as needed.
Monitoring
Subscription Log: Complete overview of all active and inactive user subscriptions. Track subscription status within specific time periods.

Self Service: For businesses to manage their own subscriptions
Merchant Backend: For service providers to assist and manage corporate clients
