Callback Settings and Callback Log
We've enhanced our callback handling with improved filtering, navigation, and management capabilities to make monitoring and troubleshooting callbacks more efficient and user-friendly.
Advanced Filtering Options
Status filtering - Quickly isolate callbacks by filtering for "Failed" status only
Callback ID filtering - Find specific callback entries instantly by searching for their unique ID

Improved Navigation & Context
Clickable callback IDs - Select any callback ID to jump directly to its detailed view where you can make modifications if needed
Smart entity linking - Entity IDs are now clickable links that redirect you to the relevant record (e.g., clicking a customer entity ID takes you directly to that customer's account)
Retry attempt tracking - New column displays the number of retry attempts made for failed callbacks, giving you immediate insight into callback persistence

Enhanced Callback Configuration
Edit functionality - Modify existing callbacks directly using the new edit button
Detailed view access - Open comprehensive callback details for better visibility and management
Integrated log access - New "Search in Log" option redirects you to the callback log with automatic filtering applied to that specific callback ID
Faster troubleshooting through improved filtering and status visibility
Reduced navigation time with direct links to related entities and detailed views

These improvements are now available in the Merchant Backend in the menu item
App Store Offers - Runtime
For app store offers, a runtime can now be defined.
Choose how long the subscription should be active after purchasing the offer:
Until Cancellation
Fixed Period, for example, 6 months
Fixed End Date, for example, until 31st of December 2025

Change payment status on invoices
It’s now possible to change the payment status in case of payment on invoice.
In the invoice detail view, in the action bar you’ll find the new button Change Payment Status.
