Preliminary Remarks
Although customers can be created in different ways, the most common form is automatic creation via a customer order or registration. For example, the customer uses the Frisbii Media Checkout. A corresponding customer account is created in the course of ordering or registering. There are also other options for customer creations, which are also described in this article.
Customer creation via an order/registration
If a customer orders or registers, an account is automatically created for this customer in the Merchant Backend with the details provided by the customer. An e-mail address is always displayed. Depending on whether it has been specified in the backend that the specification of an address should be mandatory, the address is also documented in the customer account.
