Access Rights

Preliminary Remarks

The Access rights tab provides an overview of all access rights to which the customer is entitled. Please note that every single access right is listed. For example, if the customer has purchased an offer with two steps and two products , this means that the customer is entitled to four access rights . The reason for this is that one access right is assigned for each product in each step during the offer creation process.

The Access rights tab

The overview in the Access rights tab shows all access rights that the customer has or had.

  1. Click on the arrow to expand the line and view additional information.
Product ID: This ID can differ from the Frisbii Media product ID and can also be freely assigned depending on the data origin. After a migration, for example, the original ID of the product is shown here.

If data is imported directly into the checkout via the API (e.g. via a third-party system with a skeleton product), the ID of the third-party system is displayed here.
Frisbii Media product ID: This ID is assigned by Frisbii Media when the product is created and no longer changes.
Step ID: For multi-step offers, the ID of the corresponding offer step is displayed here.

  2. If an access right has been added manually, it can be edited or deleted here.

  3. Access rights for single products and time passes can be blocked manually here.
To block a subscription access right, this can be done in the detail view of the subscription.
