Sending an email that bounced, can be done on the Subscription Details page.
Go to Customers > Customers or Subscriptions.
Click on the customer to whom the e-mail is to be sent (only when in Customers menu item).
Scroll to the Emails box.
Click on the
icon. A dialog window opens to check the e-mail information.
Note
If it’s a hard bounce, change the E-mail address of the recipient before sending the e-mail again.
After checking the e-mail addresses, click on Confirm.
